2. Description of Service

NaughtyBot is an AI-powered entertainment platform that provides:

• Interactive AI companion conversations via voice and text
• AI-generated images created by machine learning models
• Virtual character personas with customizable attributes

All content on this platform is generated by artificial intelligence. No real human beings are depicted, photographed, or recorded in any content produced by this service. All characters are entirely fictional.

3. Account Registration

To use NaughtyBot, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

4. Credits and Payment

NaughtyBot uses a credit-based system ("Coins") for access to certain features including voice conversations and image generation.

• Credits are purchased in advance and consumed during use
• Credit balances are non-transferable between accounts
• Unused credits do not expire
• All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing, credit rates, and consumption rates at any time with reasonable notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use NaughtyBot to:

• Generate, request, or distribute content depicting minors in any sexual or suggestive context
• Generate content depicting real, identifiable persons without their explicit consent
• Generate content depicting bestiality, zoophilia, or sexual acts involving animals
• Attempt to circumvent age verification, safety filters, or content moderation systems
• Use the service for illegal purposes under applicable law
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or AI models
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service without authorization
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated content without permission
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or staff
• Share your account credentials with any other person

Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Content Ownership and License

Images and text generated through NaughtyBot are produced by AI models. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, personal license to use content you generate through the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Claim AI-generated content as real photographs of real persons
• Use generated content to impersonate real individuals
• Redistribute generated content for commercial purposes without written permission

We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve our services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

NaughtyBot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• AI-generated content will meet your expectations or be free from defects
• Generated images will be anatomically accurate or consistent
• The service will be available at any particular time

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NaughtyBot, its operators, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to NaughtyBot in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NaughtyBot, its operators, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any content you generate or share using the service

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

AI-Generated Content

All visual and textual content on NaughtyBot is generated by artificial intelligence. This includes character images, conversation responses, and any other media produced through the platform.

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content depicting, suggesting, or referencing minors in sexual contexts. This includes AI-generated content. All characters on this platform are adults aged 18 or older.
• Bestiality: Any content depicting sexual acts involving animals.
• Real persons: Generating sexual or intimate content using the likeness, name, or identity of real, identifiable individuals without their explicit consent.
• Illegal content: Any content that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.

Safety Measures

NaughtyBot employs automated safety systems including:

• Hard-coded content filters that block prohibited terms and concepts
• Mandatory age enforcement on all AI-generated images (minimum age 18)

• Images: Generated by diffusion-based AI image models (FLUX). Images are created from text descriptions and do not use photographs of real people as source material.
• Characters: All character personas, personalities, and backstories are fictional and created by the platform operators. Characters do not represent real individuals.

18 U.S.C. Section 2257 Exemption

NaughtyBot is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because all visual content is generated by artificial intelligence and does not depict actual human beings. No real performers or models are involved in the creation of any content on this platform.

All characters depicted in AI-generated content are fictional and are intended to represent adults aged 18 years or older.

Limitations of AI

AI-generated content may occasionally:

• Produce anatomically inaccurate or unrealistic images
• Generate inconsistent character appearances across sessions
• Produce responses that are unexpected or out of character
• Fail to generate content due to safety filters or technical limitations

These are inherent limitations of current AI technology and do not constitute defects in the service.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital Goods

Credits ("Coins") are digital goods that are consumed upon use. Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate delivery of the service:

• Unused credits: Refund requests for unused credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase
• Used credits: Credits that have been consumed (used for voice chat or image generation) are non-refundable
• Service interruption: If the service is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, we may issue credit compensation at our discretion

Account Termination by Us

If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service or Content Policy, all remaining credits are forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Account Deletion by You

If you voluntarily delete your account, any remaining credits will be forfeited. Please use or request refund of credits before deleting your account.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a billing dispute, please contact us through the platform's support channels before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
